請問一下 我購買的小紅傘網路安全大師安裝於NB上, 防火牆於安裝時就設定開啟 , 大約2週左右就會出現警示" 小紅傘未安裝 " , 這個情形已出現兩次了, 目前我是重新移除後, 再安裝一次 , 請問是什麼問題 ? 因已出現兩次, 這情況使我相當困擾 !
