我的安全大師前幾天買來後，今天才發現安全大師的防火牆功能一直沒開啟，試著啟動這個服務，可是軟體跟我說無法啟動，微軟的防火牆功能我也是是關閉，請問有我什麼地方是沒注意到才無法開啟嗎?
