下載後，在WIN10x64環境下安裝出現錯誤訊息，無法安裝

我原本是裝V9的S版
今天試裝了V10的S版和P版

安裝後重開機小時鐘旁的GHOST15精靈圖示出不來，而且滑鼠點擊任何東西都沒反應(死機)

改裝回以前V9就一切正常...但裝V10就不能用了會死機，是否能將問題反映給原廠，因為V9是能夠正常使用的，V10就不行了
(我是移除V9有重開機再裝V10，之後重開機就會死機)
